Milestones are happening all over the place!


Carina had her first day of preschool!

I can't even tell you how excited she was.

So. Dang. Excited.

 But it is impossible for this girl to stand still for 2 seconds to take a decent picture.
She started getting annoyed --hence pic #4 down there.

Our first time ever having a whopping

6 year old

living at our house!

What can I say except that she has just been growing like crazy!

We said goodbye to the baby stage long ago--and toddlerhood is no longer!

We've got ourselves a full-blown no-nonsense 6 year old KID around here.

And since she's our only 6 year old we spoil her rotten!

I absolutely adore watching my children when they are giddy with joy. It is one of my favorite things in the world!   Really.

Oh how we love her!

And what better way to celebrate a birthday than to have school start!
